For an order that doesn’t work out: 48-Hour Try On Returns
At RentMaternityWear.com we want you to be happy with your orders--even ones that may not work out. That’s why we provide our customers with a 48-Hour Try On Period with every order. You can try dresses on and send them back for a refund of the rental fee – not a “store credit.”
If a dress does not work, simply mail it back, along with its “2nd Size for Free if Available” Dress, in the provided pre-paid, pre-labeled mailer within 48 hours of receiving it. We will refund the rental fee upon the dress’ return processing, usually within 10 business days after our receipt, provided reasonable conditions are met. Please note: We do not refund the outbound shipping fee, and the 48-Hour Try On Return Period begins when FedEx’s scan shows the dress as delivered to your address.
The first 48-Hour Try On Return order return ships for FREE. Dresses kept for rental ALWAYS return ship for FREE. After the first 48-Hour Try On Return, additional 48-Hour Try On Returns have a $6 per order return shipping fee deducted from the rental fee refund, similar to the return shipping policies of most internet retailers.
After the 48-Hour Try On Period dresses are considered “Rented” for the full rental period. After the 48-Hour Try On Period rental fees are not refundable and cannot be pro-rated.
With dresses kept for rental, the 2nd Size for Free if Available Dress does NOT need to be returned within the 48-Hour Try On Period. Please return it with its matching dress at the end of the Rental Period.

After the rental period ends, simply put the dress and its matching “2nd Size for Free if Available Dress,” into the provided
pre-paid, pre-labeled mailer and drop it into any US mailbox or leave it for your letter carrier to pick up.
To make returns as easy as possible, you do not need to go to the Post Office as your order includes a copy of the USPS receipt with the return USPS tracking number for your records. With your order you will also receive paperwork showing the date of the end of the Rental Period and the “Drop in US Mail/Return By” date, which is one day after the end of the Rental Period.
Shipping Rates and Times
All our maternity dresses are delivered directly to you via FedEx. We process and ship your order to arrive on the date you specify at checkout.
FedEx Ground $8
Arrives on the 6th business day from the date the order is placed, or on any later date you specify at checkout. (Business days are Monday through Friday not including weekends or holidays.)
FedEx Express Saver $16
Arrives on the 4th business day from the date the order is placed. (Business days are Monday through Friday not including weekends or holidays.)
FedEx Overnight $42
For orders placed Monday through Friday by 11:00 AM PST, delivery is next Business Day afternoon (no holidays or weekends). If after, add one business day.
